Secondly, I love making a difference in peoples’ lives. I know that by doing my job 110% all of the time and doing it the right way, I’m going to change the lives of not only my candidates and clients, but those of their family, friends and coworkers around them. This gives me an incredible feeling that is rivaled by little else in life.
Finally, I love that we’re a small, privately owned company. I think it says a lot about ownership when you see the growth that we’ve had over the past five plus years and they have held onto it instead of selling it, because they are proud of what we’ve accomplished and know that we still have a lot left to accomplish. It’s also unique when you can see the CEO and CFO on a daily basis and they know everyone’s name. They show that they value EVERY employee not only in their words, but in their actions as well. We truly hire the best employees around and the energy and enthusiasm that we all have for our jobs and this company shows and rubs off on everyone around us. Where else can you find that???” |
